Terms of Use

Once your order is placed and paid for, we will send you a confirmation of the final design. Once you agree via return email we will accept that order as final and changes or cancellations cannot be made to the order. Should your order be delayed or not available after you order online we reserve the right to contact you and advise you of your options.

For orders being delivered within Australia, shipping & postage fees will be charged to you when your order is processed. Should the item be a custom or large frame  and requires specialised shipping due to its size, we will contact you and advise of the additional postage fee on top of the $14.00 flat rate. This amount will be charged a credit card over the telephone.

For international orders, we will contact you and advise you of the final amount should it be higher that the $70.00 we have allocated and pre-charged as part of the original purchase. This amount will be charged a credit card over the telephone.

We pack all of our items with care, love and precision. They always leave our warehouse in the condition we would expect if we were sending them to ourselves. Should the goods arrive damaged, you will need to contact the shipping company regarding the situation. We reserve the right to refuse to cover the cost of the goods should it be clear the damage was caused by the shipping company but will do our best to replace the item once you have agreement from the shipping company to cover the cost.

All orders must be pre-paid online and prices include GST (goods and services tax) and are quoted in Australian dollars. We don't store your credit card information on our server. If for some reason the card payment is declined by your issuer, the good will not be sent.

You hereby indemnify Love Paper Scissors against all claims, actions, suits, demands or costs made on or against Love Paper Scissors by anyone arising from the supply or use of any goods supplied by Love Paper Scissors.
